An online coach, designing programs for you, to help you achieve your desired results and fitness goals, communication through emails and messages and calls
1 to 1 coaching session
Arrange a date and a time for a 1 to 1 session, in person where you will be shown and guided through a work out designed for you, to get you the results you are wanting
Group coaching
I offer group sessions where 3 or more will attend session in the gym, where you can feel more comfortable while working out with your friends or family, while still seeing results
